I have seen some people complaining that they had to get a new machine as their old one is not supported anymore and that is true, but on the other hand i have seen people complaining that blender does not support their old computer anymore. blender is a very great software and we should be thankful for it, but that shouldn’t mean that we have to get the same hardware for using it as everybody else. they have no other option but to save a few dollars and go for the lower graphics card. a lot of people have told me that there are still people using older machines, but i really don’t believe that as i live in europe and even the us have had a lot more innovation than some other countries.īut the problem is that there are many people who have computers that are more than 10 years old and they still have to use blender 2.79 that is from 2009. i am trying to upgrade my pc right now because my old one is just too old. the gpu that blender on is a 10 year old nvidia geforce 7300gt. i can’t even install the 64 bit blender because it wont install. i use blender in this same pc and its a 32 bit system and my pc is a 64 bit.
